This Pomegranate Extract Powder contains 40% Ellagic Acid. The botanical name of the pomegranate is punica granatum L.. Pomegranate is a fruit-bearing many health beneficial nutrients and phytochemicals, such as vitamin C, vitamin B5, potassium, and tannins, flavonoids polyphenols. It was studied to be helpful in maintaining healthy cholesterol, triglyceride level, and prostate. Ellagic acid is also present in other red fruits and berries, including raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, cranberries, and some nuts including pecans and walnuts.
